About Work With Divergence
Hi, I’m Janaya — a mental health nurse, creative thinker, and late-diagnosed ADHDer who got tired of pretending to function like a neurotypical.
I started Work With Divergence because I was sick of trying every planner, system, and strategy that promised to “fix” me — only to burn out again. What I really needed was a way to work with my brain.
This site is for people like me: neurodivergent, inconsistent, curious, messy, motivated and exhausted — all at once.

Real reviews of tools I’ve tried (and ditched)
Systems that actually stick — not shame-based hacks
Work & income ideas for ADHD brains who hate traditional jobs
Wellness tips that are realistic, flexible, and full of grace
I don’t have all the answers — but I’ve tested a lot of what’s out there, and I love sharing what works.
💡 What You’ll Find Here:
Because the problem isn’t you.
It’s the systems we’ve been told we must squeeze ourselves into.
This brand is about reclaiming your rhythm, not forcing productivity. It’s about crafting a life that works for your brain, instead of constantly fighting against it.
Whether you're here for better focus, gentler routines, or creative ways to earn, I hope you find something that feels like it was made for you — because it was.
